It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that you have to be the best at everything you do. It can be hard to let go of that idea, especially if you’ve been doing it for a long time. But it’s important to remember that there’s no such thing as a “perfect” life. There’s only a life that works for you, and one that doesn’t. You have the power to choose what you want to do with your life, so don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do it.
The best way to learn this is to take a step back and ask yourself, “What am I doing right now that I’m enjoying?” If it makes you happy, you’ll be more likely to stick with it, no matter how hard it may seem. And that’s the most important part of it all: You’re the only one who can make that decision for yourself. So take the time to think about what it is you enjoy doing. What do you love about it? Why is it special to you? And then make a list of all of those things. Then, when you feel like you need a break from something, go back to that list and see if there are any new things you’d like to try. If so, keep doing that thing for as long as you like, until you find something you love doing again. That’s how you learn how to enjoy things in life: by doing them again and again, over and over again until they become your new normal. The more you practice this, the easier it will be to find new ways to love and be happy in your own life and other people’s lives as well. This is the key to living a happy and fulfilling life in any way you choose to live: just keep trying. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, or to change things up a little bit to see what works. Just keep at it until it becomes a habit, a way of living that feels natural and comfortable. Once you start doing this regularly, it’ll become second nature and you won’t even need to think too hard about how things are going to turn out. When you get to a point where you know exactly what’s working and what isn’t, then stop trying to figure it out and just go with the flow. it is going to take care of the rest.
