How do I build my self-confidence, how do I change myself?

There are many ways to do this, but here are a few that I’ve found to be most effective. I’m sure there are others, so feel free to share your methods in the comments section below.

  1. Be honest with yourself and finds what is your strengths and weaknesses. Is the most important part of the process. If you don’t know what you’re good at, then you won’t be able to get anything done, and start finding a new passion or at the very least focus yo yourself, rather than worrying about what other people think of you or what they think you should be doing with your life. You can also use this as an opportunity to learn more about yourself and what makes you tick.
  2. Ask yourself the following questions: What is my greatest strength? What am I most proud of? How can any of this help me achieve my dream?
  3. Take a moment to think about how you feel right now. What are you feeling? Is it good or bad? Are you happy or sad?
  4. When you are feeling down, take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is just the beginning of your journey. There will be times when you will feel down and feel like you need to quit. Don’t give in to that feeling. Instead, think back to all the good times you’ve had and remember how grateful you were to have them. Then, when the time is right, go out there and do it.
  5. Remember that there is no such thing as a bad day at work. The opposite is true. The best days are the ones where you get to work with people who are like-minded and who share the same goals and values as you do. That’s the best way to build a team that is going to make the world a better place.
